For those ESB runtimes which version is lower than 4.7,The jbossesb-rosetta.jar is always  in the ESB runtime jars,
this issue should only exist for ESB 4.7,  the JBoss Server 5.0 change the jbossesb-rosetta.jar location, so the jar is not picked up by the ESB runtime classpath container,  the issue has been fixed in CR1.
