reopen for clarificaiton: Well if copying is the only way of fixing the semantics then it is the right thing to do.

If this were copied from EPL code then dont forget to put it in an .xpl package since JBoss AS code is still LGPL if I recall.

p.s. any idea of adding a project field on/off request to eclipse bugzilla?
