Can not install JBOSS tools plugins for eclipse

I was trying to use just installed eclipse's software update to install the plugins from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/

The installation was not successful.  Here are the errors: 
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

  No repository found containing: org.eclipse.equinox.concurrent/osgi.bundle/1.0.0.v20090520-1800
