I added the following lines to plugin.properties within org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core_2.1.0.v201001111201N-H122-CR2.jar:

jboss.version.60.name=JBoss AS 6.0
jboss.version.60.description=JBoss Application Server 6.0
jboss.version.60.runtime.name=JBoss 6.0 Runtime

Now I can configure the server runtime.

However, when creating an EJB module or a web module the JBoss JARs are not available. See next screenshot.
