OpenOn not works for *-class declaration in *taglib.xml which are packed into jar

OpenOn not works for *-class declaration in *taglib.xml which are packed into jar 
#1 import https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/jsf/tests/org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf.test/resources/jsf2test
#2 open file from jsf-impl-*.jar->jsf-core.taglib.xml. Try to openOn for handler-class.
ASSERT Class should be opened,
FAIL  it isn't works.
Try unpack this file and openON for handler-class or just for *-class, class will be opened.
