Nothing JBDS specific about this so moved to JBIDE.

- Icons for each item on the left side tree instead of folders.

okey.

- Add Tree view in the navigation bar for the .esb file on the left side for the file similar to the one in the editor.

You mean a tree view for the raw xml ? Like what is provided in the outline view ? 
If yes, then no - that is what the outline view is for. If it does not show up for you then please report that since
then its a bug.

- For listeners - Add button pops up a list of menu items - add icons for each of them.
 eh ? There is a *lot*; having a unique icon doesn't look feasible to me - but sure we can add for some of the easier ones.

 - Also, it will be nice if we can pop up a window (editor) that offers all those options and navigator through

I don't understand what that line means ? Got an example ?
