For BPEL examples, I added a separate example site by added a new projectExamplesXml extension point, if we would hide the BPEL examples in JBDS, we have to remove the extension from plugin: org.jboss.tools.project.examples , it will affect the JBoss Tools too.

Any way, I would remove the BPEL examples from project-examples-3.1.xml so that no bpel examples appear in JBDS
