Grid, this is a new request to try and help with usability of the web services components. Burr's document walks through what he's looking for on a screen-by-screen basis, so it should be pretty clear what we're expecting here. But the general idea here is to take the existing Dynamic Web Service Project Wizard and copy or extend it to make things a bit easier for our users.

It looks like we can extend the wizard pages that Burr wants to be modified, so you may not have to copy the whole thing (extending would be a cleaner approach). But the framework for the wizard may not lend itself to enough extensibility. 

Let us know if you have any questions. We'd like to get this done in the next week or so for CR2 if at all possible. It should be done in place of the work you've started for JBIDE-5535. We'll leave that JIRA open for the next release to catch any loose ends.
