UPDATED:
The support is added for the files which are placed in /WebContent/resources . But there is no support for .jar files and i18n.

Basic support of the OpenOn action is added (only non-packed files and no i18n). AFAIUI, the implementation of the .jar files and i18n support needs knowledges in XModel, so it would be better if Viacheslav did it.
