Brian Fitzpatrick commented on JBIDE-5726:
------------------------------------------
Can we consider bumping this to the next release?
And would it be possible to add a figure to the mapping line between two objects to indicate that there's a decoder associated? That might clutter up the mapping diagram quite a bit, but it doesn't have to be huge.
My only concern there is that for usability, it should be EASY to get a hold of such an object and I find it difficult to select an individual line now. Someone with a disability would have a serious issue clicking on that line to see its properties vs. leaving the properties on the target bean.
Though I understand that it may not be accurate, leaving the decoder properties on the target bean may be the easiest way to make them accessible.

> At the moment, we show the data decode paramaters/configuration when the user clicks on the target bean property. This information is not really associated with the target bean property... it is a associated with the source to target binding i.e. the connection between the source and target.
