This also implements the schema above, but take a view on tagnames proposals: they are going to be mad, because of CA start point is not changing for these proposals (and this start point is wrong if you press Ctrl-Space in a middle of word). This makes HTML tag-proposals to be filtered using a wrong part of word (but normally this shouldn't happen at all).

But it seems that this is common WTP HTML CA behaviour: try to open some html file, put a cursor in a middle of some word (not in tag name, but in a text region), then press Ctrl-Space and see how the tagname proposals are filtered while you playing with the right and left arrow keys.

Is this suitable solution for us?
