JBoss ESB 4.7 should be used. 

install$>ant deploy 
fails for JBoss ESB 4.6

I went through bpel_loan_fault example and it works for me.

JBoss AS 5.1.0.GA with riftsaw 2.0.CR1 is going to be available in JUnit Tests on Monday
