STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open a JSP page in the VPE
2. Click 'Page Design Options'. Select any 'Absolute Folder' and set the 'Folder' value for the Scope. Click OK.
3. Click 'Page Design Options' again.
ACTUAL RESULT:
The Scope is 'Page'.
EXPECTED RESULT:
The Scope is 'Folder'.
