In an attempt to reproduce this problem, I'm having problems locally with XPCOM errors starting Eclipse... and I don't have Win7 anyway, so it's sort of a meaningless exercise.

However, I've updated these docs [1], [2] and have provided an update site zip [3] for 3.0.3 so you can play with it offline.
