So... adding the new org.jboss.tools.maven.jsf into the plugins/pom.xml so it'll be built, and into features/pom.xml so it'll be contained in the build. Also adding it to the site/pom.xml so it'll be included in the maven update site zip.

Should it then be added to the overall update site?
