Hey Bob, 

having a quick look at your changes the only major thing I would ask for the moment is if we could remove any reference to the JBoss Developer Studio (I only noticed it in install.xml). I mention this just because it isn't actually included in the JBDS yet, but will be with 4.0.

Aside from that any other changes I would make are editorial decisions. I plan on going through all JBT documentation with an editorial eye in the time to come, unfortunately that time has not yet arrived for the BPEL User Guide ;)
