Thanks for the quick response. But after updating I now get a classcastexception in HibernateJavaManyToManyMapping#getJpaFactory. Also buildJavaMapKeyColumn was not implemented by HibernateJpaFactory2_0. I have attached a project level patch file for the org.jboss.tools.hibernate.jpt.core project, which fixes these two problems.
