Added WSDL functionality to the WS Tester. If you select a WSDL from a file (workspace or file system) or URL, you can specify which service/port/operation you wish to test. The tester will attempt to generate an appropriate sample from the message schema for the chosen operation and you can manipulate it however you'd like from there before invoking it and looking at the results.

Created spin-off JBIDE-6411 to investigate UDDI browsing capabilities.
