"ERROR: Next button is disabled, only Finish available "  - This is not an error. This is expected behaviour because the runtime wizard only has one page. 

"ERROR: After finish, Edit button does nothing" - I cannot replicate this. For me, Edit seems to load the runtime wizard page again and allow for edits. The edits are properly saved. 

This is using RC2, but there have been very very very few changes since RC2 and I have not seen any commits in servertools that would modify this behaviour.
