Allow JBoss AS6 to not hard-code the jmx rmi port

This requires that xpaths for AS-6 are set when creating a new AS-6 server, and that a new xpath for this value is added. 

Also a field in the server editor, similar for web and jndi port, should be added. This should only apply to AS-6 and not previous AS versions, which will require an additional field in the extension point to allow for a set of servertype id's.
