changed description since this aren't specific to arquillian IMO; being able to do the exact same thing from within eclipse to get various AS, EAP, Tomcat installations would be beneficial.

Not sure what we can do beyond having a set of URL's with distro locations + mechanical instructions on how to get it and install it (this actually sounds very much like a good job for P2...?) and then associate that to an identifier (i.e. Maven GAV)
