I'm working on it. The fix for JBIDE-5923 from Snjezana solves the problem of extensive internet connections.
But the problem of validation by the schemas which do not exist in workspace or in XMLCatalog still exist (this is what i'm working on). The validation will not be correct if we don't download these schemas at all.
