There was no need to reopen this bug at all. JSPPropertySheetConfiguration doesn't influence on deadlock. I've made a changes in this file to avoid of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=218979 as you can see from my previous comment. If you think that it's not major you can revert JSPPropertySheetConfiguration changes. I'll verify this bug again after reverting, but I think that everything should be fine ;).
