OK, it looks like one of the bpel files was renamed and the ".bpel" filename extension was removed. This causes the deployment definition editor to throw an NPE when it checks the filename extension.

I'll post a question on the exadel list to see what our policy is regarding support of missing filename extensions. I personally think it's a bad idea because the eclipse framework depends on extensions to determine the editor with which to open files.
