Brian Fitzpatrick commented on JBIDE-6056:
------------------------------------------

Ok, I think this is much closer to a workable solution, but I have more questions. The default preset makes a lot of sense to simplify things.

What happens if you're in a JDK 5 environment and you default to a 6.0 java facet version? We're still out of sync and the user would need to know to change the facet.

Is there any way to determine the Java version for the Eclipse workbench and set the facet version accordingly?

> ESB project creation wizard defaults the version of jst.java facet to be "5.0",
> there should be a *Modify* button at the first page of the wizard for changing the project facets and facet version just like other types of WTP project wizard
