Preferences for Project Archives: check box "Show node in all projects" does NOT work

EXECUTE:
1. Open Preferences and in the tree click on Project Archives
2. Check  "Show node in all projects" 
3. Click on Apply button and then on OK button
4. Open Preferences again
FAILURE: check box "Show node in all projects" is unchecked.
