After researching and investigating I don't see any reason to add support to key navigation in a dialogs like Properties dialogs (screenshot-2). Fields are not editable there. Furthermore, the implementation of XTable, which is used is such dialogs, is complicated and this table can be used in other dialogs and wizards with the different number of columns and cell editors. So, for now it's better to leave this dialog as it is.
