I got your means.
This sample creation wizard is a quick-path to create a sample web service for user. For now, it can't work in all of scenes.
If we realize the scene that you said, we need to do more works for from a java project to a dynamic web project.
I found you created a jira for a new wizard to create web service, not use wtp wizard. It needs to be talked over by the team.
If we decide to realize the new wizard, we can reuse the new wizard codes for this issue.
But for this issue, the easiest way is to fix the log error, but when no dynamic web project in user worksapce, we should disable
the Next or Finish button in the wizard and give a warning message: we need a dynamic web project.
Ok, let's wait for the inputs from the team.
