Today the installer knows how to find and detect Server Runtimes + framework runtimes available in platforms.

We should utilize that from within the IDE too.

Potential integration point is in the Server WTP runtime preferences where you can Search for runtimes.

Important that this feature not just installs server runtimes but also allows to setup of drools, jbpm, seam etc.
