-open new web service wizard
-set the wizard:
1st step:
   ws type: top-down
   service definition: http://www.webservicex.net/BibleWebservice.asmx?wsdl (or use local copy of this wsdl)
   ws runtime: JBossWS

2nd step:
   leave default values

hit finish
