The correct link for the Getting Started Guide is: http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Developer_Studio/3.0/html-single/Getting_Started_Guide/index.html

In terms of the other two links...I don't know as I have never dealt with that information.....perhaps marketing would know the news link and any tutorials or examples should be available on the http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/JBoss_Developer_Studio page in zip files (as they are for the EAP and SOA). So if there are tutorials or example files that should be included like this please let me know.
