This was not ment to limit user. For example when HSQL dialect is selected, there is set there is no possibility to select mysql driver from combobox (just to write manually). And that's allright, but when select back from MYSQL dialect to HSQL dialect mysql driver (old value) stays there. This is not major issue, but intuitive would be to provide initial state (blank filed) and default combobox values + history.
