Trying again from a *completely* clean fresh JBDS 3.0.0 (jbdevstudio-eap-linux-gtk-3.0.0.v201003100055R-H50-GA.jar) and it's working w/o any reports of incompatible updates or attempts to get 3.6.

After restart, here's what I see.
