Installing from jbosstools-tdesigner-Update-H10-2010-05-24_21-20-59.zip, I see featureName and description instead of an actual feature name and descriptive text. 

Please update your feature.xml / feature.properties and make sure BOTH are added to the list of files built/exported via your build.properties file.
