Change committed. JBDS no longer depends on WTP patches to be installed. (Will verify in next build: http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/job/devstudio-nightly-3.0.x/95/.)

So, for the 3.0.1.GA release notes we will need a build like this:

  To fully update your JBDS 3.0 to 3.0.1 and include all the latest Eclipse platform fixes, you will need to add 
  or enable http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/ and install the two "2010 04 13" patches available 
  on that site. This fixes issues related to [blah blah blah] as documented in [these JIRAs and these bugzillas].
