1) Create Local Deploy server
2) Create java project
3) add 2 text files to src/folder
4) mark source folder as deployable
5) add src folder to server via add/remove module page
6) full publish module
7) verify output is a folder, NOT a zip (FAILS!)
8) open server editor, go to deployment page, make sure all deployments are deloyed as zips
9) full publish module
10) verify output is a zip
