    Workaround Description:   (was: 1. create dynamic web project version 3.0 and (by default) do not generate web.xml descriptor
2. open 'Simple Web Service' wizard
3. wizard tells you 'The project must be a Dynamic Web Project and contain a web.xml in a right Location')
        Steps to Reproduce: 
1. create dynamic web project version 3.0 and (by default) do not generate web.xml descriptor
2. open 'Simple Web Service' wizard
3. wizard tells you 'The project must be a Dynamic Web Project and contain a web.xml in a right Location'
