M2eclipse workspace resolution has been changed in m2eclipse-core 0.12.x. I have had to add parent.relativePath to all the projects except to the parent project.
I have also added a workaround for https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE-2433.
You can test creating a mavenized Seam Web project using m2eclipse-core 0.12.x (https://repository.sonatype.org/content/repositories/forge-sites/m2e/0.12.0/S/0.12.0.20101102-1505/) and m2eclipse-wtp 0.12.x (https://repository.sonatype.org/content/repositories/forge-sites/m2eclipse-wtp/0.12.0/N/0.12.0.201011031615/)
