For the SOA distribution the teiid-client.jar is located at ./eds/teiid/client/ in the EDS zip.
After you set up SOA it's @ ./jboss-soa-p-5/jboss-as/server/default/lib 

For a vanilla Teiid install the jar is located @ ./lib/ in the distribution zip.
It's located @ ./jboss-5.1.0.GA/server/default/lib
