Dan,

Here's what to do:

1. edit the pom file above, uncommenting the <get> and adding more as necessary.

2. run the pom, using `mvn3 clean install`

3. commit the updated jar(s) into SVN, and comment out the stuff you did in the pom so there's documentation of what jars are needed (and from where they're pulled). There's no need to fetch the jars w/ every build once they're committed into SVN.
