I have added validation to property 'ruleMaxThreads', so that editor reports a problem if its value is not numeric or if it is set when 'ruleMultithreadEvaluation' is not 'true'. 
Besides, if 'ruleMultithreadEvaluation' is not 'true', input field for 'ruleMaxThreads' is disabled, but only if it is not set. If it is set, input field is marked with error icon and enabled to let user clean the value.
