I have added validation to property 'ruleMaxThreads', so that editor reports a problem if its value is not numeric (see BusinessRulesProcessor1.png) or if it is set when 'ruleMultithreadEvaluation' is not 'true' (see BusinessRulesProcessor2.png). 
Besides, if 'ruleMultithreadEvaluation' is not 'true', input field for 'ruleMaxThreads' is disabled (see BusinessRulesProcessor3.png), but only if it is not set. If it is set, input field is marked with error icon and enabled to let user clean the value (see BusinessRulesProcessor2.png).
