Not sure how the installer is being produced these days (that's dgolovin's thing) but if I was to hazard a guess, I'd say the problem is that we're aggregating from 

a) too many sources (which provide more than one version)
  or
b) sources which haven't been properly wiped before production (eg., an update site location which is being APPENDED TO instead of WRITTEN TO.
