I see next solution:

1. Update CDI Validator in order to create warning problem marker on @Alternative CDI Bean or Stereotype if it is not selected (not registered in bean.xml)

2. Create Quick fix for this problem marker which makes @Alternative CDI Bean or Stereotype selected (add it in bean.xml).
