As I said before this is a JBDS PDE Uberbuilder bug, not a JBT Tycho bug.

Still present in latest JBDS builds:

(BTW, you'd get better performance w/ -P helios-remote-target than -P helios-no-target since it pulls from a SINGLE URL instead of a half-dozen.)
