Cleaned Image View:
Corrected to use DeltaCloudImage (used CVImageElement before) so that it may be used in DeltaCloudView and ImageView
Added refresh images handler, added context menu to ImageView, removed old action code

There's no duplicate action code any more. All views trigger the same handlers.
