Staging will still apply to the URL under RHDS/builds/ but when I publish it to devstudio.jboss.com, it won't be staged.

Thus:

becomes:

http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/4.0/preview/
http://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/4.0/third-party/ 

once we release 4.0.0.GA.
