problem was in lib module included twice in reactor in different profiles.
also I think we have to avoid make one tests depends on other tests. It leads to skipping all tests that depends on plugin where test filed. Example is vpe tests pluging hierarchy. If vpe.ui.test has an error all vpe tests are skipped
