Alexey, can you please explain what exactly you mean by "some of them didn't generate proper eclipse project" ? What was the wrong thing about that? Because, I can still reproduce the bug with JBDS 4.0.0.Beta2 from 2010-11-13. This is still an issue. The only way to get around that is remove the Seam Builder (even if it's not listed among other builders) and then put it back.
