to fix the issue:
1) JBIDE-7441_20101028.txt - patch is necessary to apply to Hibernate Tools Core;
2) JBIDE-7441_eclipse-plugin-update_20101115.txt - patch is necessary to apply to Hibernate Tools for Eclipse;
as result:
1) JBIDE-7562 - should be fixed - is necessary to check;
2) CodeGenExternalProcessExecutionTest - this junit test should run without assertions;
